Services Provided
We provide professional pool cleaning, maintenance, repair, and inspection services to residential properties in Pasadena, CA and surrounding areas. Your specific service details will be outlined in your service agreement or quote.
Scheduling and Cancellations
You can schedule services by calling us or submitting a request through our website. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For weekly service plans, payment is typically billed monthly. Any outstanding balances over 30 days may be subject to late fees.
Property Access
You agree to provide safe access to your pool area during scheduled service times. This includes unlocked gates, clear pathways, and any necessary access codes. If we cannot access your property, a trip charge may apply.
Liability and Insurance
AquaTrek Pasadena Pool Service is fully insured for your protection. We take care to protect your property during service, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues that were not caused by our work. You agree to inform us of any known hazards or special conditions on your property.
Service Guarantees
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right. This guarantee does not cover issues beyond our control, such as weather-related problems or equipment failures not caused by our service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify existing customers of any significant changes. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
